VARSITY LAKES TRAIN STATION
The Queensland Government has purchased 8.5 hectares of land which will feature the Varsity Lakes train station and the Varsity Station Village. It is expected to be completed in late 2009 and will feature 300 car parking spaces, 6 bus bays and pick-up and drop-off zones. ICN Queensland has been involved with the Varsity Lakes train station project since its inception.

QEII HOSPITAL PROJECT
The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) has been flagged as a focal service site for the Queensland Government's Elective Surgery Waiting List Reduction Strategy. From an election commitment made in 2006, the State Government defined the need to expand QEII's current facilities.

PANDOIN SUBSTATION
The new Pandoin Substation is being constructed, adjacent to Ergon Energy's existing substation. One of the important milestones of the Pandoin Substation project is the construction of the earthworks platform. Powerlink approached ICN to locate capable regional sub-contractors which could be placed on the earthworks tender list.
