About Us

ICN in Queensland, a division of QMI Solutions Limited, is a not-for-profit organisation supported by Queensland State Government, whose aim is to proactively contribute to business and employment growth and foster innovation by identifying procurement opportunities to increase local industry access to major domestic and global projects and assist with showcasing and profiling Australian companies.

Our principal office is in Brisbane and we have regional offices in Townsville, Gladstone and Toowoomba. We are a member of the ICN national network throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The ICN team of specialist staff have a wide range of experience in Engineering, Technology and Procurement. This enables ICN to identify products, services and capabilities to assist our clients in the acquisition of goods and/or services to replace imports and retain opportunities for local industry.  We have sector specialists in Oil and Gas, Rail, Water, NBN (National Broadband), Health, Clean Technologies who are available to assist industry development in these key areas.

Our core services are provided at no charge as our costs are subsidised by Government, and we also offer a range of value-adding consulting services on a competitive commercial basis.
